Description
Almost 18 months into our journey as a newly merged organisation, Amplius has established itself as a strong, values‑led housing association and one of the largest providers across the Midlands, East and South East of England. Managing more than 40,000 homes and delivering an ambitious development programme, we exist to have a positive impact on people’s lives by providing safe, affordable homes and services that truly put customers first.
The Board, executive and wider organisation work collaboratively, with clarity of purpose and a strong focus on delivery and continuous improvement.
As Amplius moves into deeper integration and long‑term delivery, we are now seeking a Non‑Executive Director to join the Board. This is an opportunity to make a real contribution to a well‑run organisation with strong finances, solid governance, a positive regulatory position and clear ambitions for growth.
Skillsets of particular interest include people and culture, property and regeneration, and customer‑centric service delivery, gained in a regulated environment.
With planned Board succession ahead, there will be opportunities in the next 12–24 months to step into broader leadership responsibilities, such as chairing a committee; and as such, some previous non‑executive experience will be helpful.
The estimated time commitment is 1-2 days per month.
